Chetan KS

Principal Designer & Mentor

Chetan is an architectural graduate from Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering and has over 25 years of experience in working on a variety of projects. Chetan mentors the firm Kham Design and is the source behind Kham’s ideology & thinking. He devotes a part of his time as a visiting faculty with many Architectural & Design schools in the country. He has been actively involved in organizing several Design camps, with an aim to promote critical design dialogues between students and the professional community. He is also an avid traveler who is interested in cultural studies and is working towards establishing an eco-conscious design movement that promotes cradle to cradle design strategy. At present he is actively setting up a hub for design dialogue at Hampi called Hampi Center for Design.

Manavi Puligal

Senior Design Consultant

As a Senior Design Consultant, Manavi supports the team through project-based guidance in design development, technical resolutions, and client coordination.
She brings a unique blend of design sensitivity and grounded practicality, with expertise in contextual architecture, material exploration, and detail development.
Known for her calm clarity during complex situations, she mentors younger architects, simplifies challenges into solutions, and nurtures long-term relationships with both clients and craftspeople.
Her journey with Kham is rooted in shared values—of exploration, ecological sensitivity, and meaningful collaboration that continues to shape a rich and dynamic design environment.

Harshini Megha S

Lead Architect

Harshini leads the architectural team with precision, overseeing project coordination, design development, and operational workflows to ensure timely and seamless execution.
With deep expertise in sustainable and vernacular design, she brings strong leadership, a sharp eye for detail, and a hands-on approach to every project.
Known for her clarity, organizational strength, and mentorship, she plays a vital role in bridging clients, contractors, and the design team—fueling Kham’s creative spirit and collective growth.

Soundrarajan

Senior Architect

Soundrarajan leads design development and site execution, ensuring that each project upholds its design integrity from concept to construction.
Specializing in material research and alternative construction techniques—especially earthen materials—he blends innovation with context-driven design.
Known for his calm, solutions-focused mindset and strong client relationships, he brings balance, depth, and grounded clarity to the Kham Design team.

Sayali A. Pawar

Project Architect

Sayali leads and coordinates medium to large-scale projects, managing everything from design development to site execution with precision and care.
Her strengths span project management, client handling, material research, and landscaping—with a natural ability to connect with clients and ensure detail-oriented coordination across teams.
To her, Kham is more than a workplace—it’s a living studio where every detail matters, every day brings growth, and architecture comes alive through collaboration and curiosity.

Diksha Konda

Project Architect

Diksha plays an integral role in shaping spaces from concept to execution, coordinating closely with clients, contractors, and the design team to bring each vision to life.
With expertise in interior design, 3D modelling, and workflow organisation, she ensures that every project runs smoothly and efficiently.
Her calm and structured approach fosters strong collaboration and high-quality outcomes at every stage.

Padmaja Deodhar

Junior Architect

Padmaja brings clarity to the design process through in-depth research, material exploration, and expressive 3D modelling.
With a deep respect for traditional architecture, she thoughtfully weaves context, culture, and climate into each project—shaping designs that are both environmentally conscious and rooted in place.

Abhisheka supports detailed working drawings, 3D modelling, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth project execution.
With a strong foundation in interior renderings and working drawings, he brings visual clarity and precision to every design.

With over two decades of hands-on experience, Gagandeep leads interior execution at Kham Design—translating client visions into functional, aesthetic spaces.
He specialises in customised furniture, solid wood detailing, and coordination across clients, architects, and site teams.
Known for his calm problem-solving and deep material knowledge, he blends practicality with precision to deliver interiors that are both refined and responsive.

Content Writer

Aditi researches and writes content on biomimicry and aligned themes, helping articulate Kham Design’s values and vision through compelling narratives.
With strong communication skills and a natural flair for simplifying ideas, she brings curiosity, depth, and clarity to every piece.
Her thoughtful approach ensures the content remains both meaningful and engaging for a wide audience.

Site Engineer

Abdul provides practical support for site visits, tender work, and logistics, ensuring projects run smoothly on the ground.
